Hey Everyone.
Girl Overload here.
Spotted: Forever 21. A successful company.
Or is it?
Forever 21 is a popular teen brand notorious for it’s fast fashion and enticing teens all over the globe.

But recently the trendy clothing company has been part of an, er, scandal by reportedly ripping off Ariana’s smash-hit 7 Rings music video with their recent clothing line.
Ariana has apparently sued the brand for $10 million.

But that’s not all.
Forever 21 has also ripped off many annoyingly catchy slogans from smaller brands, such as Word with their “Woman written in different languages” graphic tee.
Another brand titled Wildfang also claimed that F21 ripped off their “wild feminist” trademark slogan.

Many teens and young adults who used to love shopping at Forever 21 now refuse to shop there because of their excessive use of sweatshops and unethical practices, such as their dramatic negative impact to climate change.
These past fans of the store also don’t want to shop there because of their cheap materials and overbearing t-shirt captions.
Overall this change means that more brands such as Zara, H & M, and Topshop will now rise to the surface.

What do you think?
Signing out,
Girl Overload.
