Hey everyone.
Girl Overload here.
Fashion Statements.
A good fashion statement is like silver, people may look at you weirdly because you are wearing it instead of “gold” (fast fashion), but silver is timeless, never rusts or goes out of fashion, and truly is remarkable.
Here’s a few fashion statements so that you can learn how to stand out from the crowd and be that one diamond in the rough.
Bold Trademark Details

Whether it’s a classic headband or a bold, funky necklace, finding a statement, trademark accessory is a definite must.
Classic Patterns

Lots of patterns are considered timeless, such as bows, stripes, polka dots, and florals are considered stylish and everlasting. Research on websites and pick wisely. Think to yourself, were people wearing this 50, 60 years ago? What were classic celebrities wearing? Would I genuinely wear this? If it doesn’t fit any of that criteria, don’t wear it.
Key Accessories

In my honest opinion, every woman should own at least one black pair of heels and one black bag in her lifetime. It doesn’t have be designer, but think for yourself, would I wear this in 10 years time? If not, don’t buy it.
Think Ahead

You’ve probably already heard of the notorious quote, dress for the job you want, not for the job that you have. As much as as I mostly agree with that quote, I thought to switch it up a little. Dress for the life you want, not for the life that you have. That way you are ahead of the game in the best way possible. Don’t just dream it, do it.
Dress for the life that you want, not for the life that you have.
Girl Overload
And overall, be the silver not the gold. The silver may not be as acclaimed as the gold, as accomplished as the gold, as sought after as the gold, but just remember, the silver doesn’t rust. And if it does a little, it can easily be repaired. Gold does rust and wear out however, no matter how acclaimed it may be, just like fast fashion. Silver is timeless, just like trademark, timeless fashion.
That’s a lesson for everyone.
Don’t forget it.
You know you want more.
Signing out,
